Once an executive working for Fortune 500 companies, she changed the course of her life by embracing mindfulness and choosing to become a “corporate drop out.”

She completed her 500-hour training with specialization in Ayurveda at Alpha Omega Yoga. She’s also traveled around the world solo to practice meditation in Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Myanmar.
Her favorite yoga styles to teach are Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle/Beginner and Power Yoga. Her specialties include meditation, yoga nidra and sound healing.

Immersive Yin Training (50 Hours)
Slow down. Soften. Listen. Go deeper.
Whether you are a yoga teacher looking to deepen your understanding of Yin or a dedicated practitioner wanting to explore the practice more deeply, this immersion is an invitation to soften your edges, expand your awareness, and discover the wisdom that becomes available when we stop trying to get somewhere.
Yin invites us to step out of the constant doing of everyday life and into a different way of being. Through longer-held postures, mindful breath, and intentional stillness, we create space to explore the body, quiet the mind, and become more aware of the subtle layers of our experience.
Drawing from more than a decade of teaching yoga, Beth approaches Yin with both depth and practicality. Her background in Psychology and Sociology brings a unique perspective to the practice, exploring not only the physical body, but also the relationship between sensation, nervous system, emotions, attention, and awareness.
In this immersion, you will explore the foundations and philosophy of Yin Yoga, functional anatomy, the principles of stress and tension, energetic concepts, mindfulness, breath, sequencing, props and variations, and the art of creating a safe and supportive Yin experience.
But perhaps the most important part of the training is learning to listen—to your own body, to your students, and to what arises in stillness.
Set within the natural beauty of Costa Dulce, this training offers the rare opportunity to slow down completely and experience Yin not just as something you teach, but as something you live.
Come slow down. Come listen. Come home to yourself.
